DAY 1
FRIDAY
MORNING
- Arrival in Langhe and check in at 3 or 4 stars hotel.
- Accomodation in double room, B&B treatment.
- Free lunch.
OPTIONAL – lunch to be quoted
AFTERNOON 3,00 p.m.
- Banca del vino, Pollenzo Unesco Savoy complex. Visit of the caves.
- Welcome aperitif.
- Back to hotel. 8,00 p.m.
- Dinner at nice restaurant Trattoria OR Michelin gourmet restaurant.
- Tasting menu Tradizione Piemonte, 5 courses, wines included, paired by the sommellier.
DAY 2
SATURDAY
MORNING
- 8,00 A.M. Breakfast in the hotel and transfer to Turin on your own
- 9,30 A.M. Salone del Gusto, Torino.
- Visit and free lunch around the Salone.
- Food&wine Laboratories on demand, to be reserved, included inthe rate.
AFTERNOON
- Visit on your own Salone del Gusto
- 7,30 P.M. DINNER at the Slow Food restaurant inside the Salone.
OR
- Dinner at gourmet restaurant down town in Turin
- Tasting menu 5 courses paired wines included.
- Back to Langhe on your own.
DAY 3
SUNDAY
MORNING
- 9,00 A.M. Breakfast and check out.
- 10,00 A.M. The wine in the cave.
- Visit of Slow Food suggested winery
- Guided wine tasting.
- 12,30 A.M. The cheese in the farm.
- Visit of Slow Food suggested cheese farm.
- Guided cheese tasting and light lunch.
AFTERNOON
- 3,00 P.M Leaving of the guests.
