CASA ANGIOLINA COUNTRY HOUSE IS LOW ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Casa Angiolina is an “eco friendly” and low impact house because it was built in ancient times and renovated over the years, respecting its originality, improved only with the modern “green solutions” to make it more livable and environmentally friendly.

IN THE GARDEN

FIND THE ANCIENT WELL

for garden irrigation and watering flowers, as well as for outdoor shower, we don’t have aqueduct water consumption and we use the purest water to gardening and to water the vegetable garden

NO POOL BY CHOICE

no pollution, no chemistry; to cool off during the hot season there is the outdoor shower powered by well water and nebulizers with well water and aromatherapy

ORGANIC FERTILISERS AND NO HERBICIDES

for the cultivation of the vegetable garden, fruit trees and garden maintenance

IN THE HOUSE

NATURAL MATERIALS

our walls were built with river stones that “breathe”, so the house is naturally cool in summer: no air conditioning, no pollution. The plaster and painting are strictly natural lime, therefore the walls can breathe and there are no emissions of paint/ chemical painting.

CERTIFIED HOME SANITIZATION AND DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM

Certified sanitizing and dehumidification system of the house, with murtronik system that exploits the earth’s magnetic natural waves: no moisture in the walls in a natural way and healthy environments not humid even in winter while heating is on.

HIGH EFFICIENCY INSTALLATIONS

The heating and hot water production are granted with heat pump and natural gas boiler with low environmental impact and high performance for reduced consumption and recycling of hot water produced.

Thanks to solar panels for electricity production, the house is autonomous and on top it produces energy for the country.

The house is provided with new natural solid wood frames to minimize heat loss in winter and air circulation in summer.

DAILY CHOICES AT CASA ANGIOLINA COUNTRY HOUSE

ONLY SOLID ARTISANAL NATURAL SOAP

naturale senza packaging to do laundry we use only natural solid soap, without any packaging to avoid plastic. The solid soap is hand grated by myself and diluted with hot water for washing.

SMALL SOLID LAVENDER AND ROSE SOAPS

as courtesy products in every room. You find our small natural solid lavender and rose soaps. They are handmade, to eliminate the use of plastics. Each guest can take home the not used/ leftover soap (to avoid waste) using the provided small bags made of organic linen Made in Italy.

SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES ONLY OF COTTON, LINEN AND HEMP

Most of our bed clothes are from the kits of the grandmother Angiolina. No ironing to avoid the huge consumption of electricity necessary for ironing, and the pleasure of sleeping in the sheets “rough and wrinkled” as grandparents did.
