Press Conference Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo 2017 – ENRICO CRIPPA and BOCUSE D’OR

Tour Divini joined Press Conference of the 87° fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco di Alba, edition 2017,  at Relais San Maurizio.

Enrico Crippa, 3 stars Chef Michelin of the famous  Piazza Duomo restaurant  in  Alba, has presented one of the most relevant and interesting event of the program:  the italian selection BOCUSE D’OR, the most prestigious international food and wine competition. The selections will take place in Alba on next 2017 Octobers the 1st.

The winner  chef will lead the Italian  Team at the European Selection that will be host in Turin on next 2018 June the 11th and 12th.

Enrico Crippa, best chef in the world according with Academie Internationale de la Gastronomie,  is the President of the  Accademia Bocuse d’Or Italia.

On next  1st of  October 2017  Enrico Crippa will be in Alba,  Piazza Risorgimento with other 35 top italian starred  chef  to lead the selection of the chef  devoted to the european competition during next June  2018.

Appointment: Alba on  the first of October 2017 and Turin on  next June 2018.
